Internal Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities: Accurately interpret customer requests and requirements Investigate and recommend suitable product options based on cost, availability, and specifications Source products from the database, including costs and selling prices Receive queries and compose detailed quotes for customers, both telephonically and in writing Present pricing, discounts, credit terms, and conditions per company policies Provide accurate information on in-stock items, manufactured items, and delivery dates Facilitate the order process by preparing sales orders Consult with the stores department to provide order status updates to clients Monitor scheduled shipments and fulfill back orders as needed Maintain ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints Facilitate the return of goods in accordance with company procedures Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Excellent communication and persuasive skills Computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software 2 years of experience in internal sales Hydraulic experience is advantageous (in-house training will be provided) Kickstart an exciting new chapter in your sales career within the thriving hydraulics industry.
