CUSTOMER APPLICATION ENGINEER

Functieomschrijving Randstad Italia is currently recruiting a CSA Customer Application Engineer for a client operating in the oil &, gas industry based in Florence. The Customer Application Engineer is a key role in the Commercial Service organization being responsible for defining, preparing, and managing the technical portion of the Long-Term Service Agreement proposals. The job holder will work closely with the regional commercial team as a key partner in the strategy development to create the most competitive and winning proposal. Responsabilit Responsibilities: analyze technical specifications from Customers, define and prepare the service Scope of Work, ensure accurate cost control, and managing technical risks, estimate OPEX costs for existing and new technologies, collaborate with commercial and sales teams to optimize proposals, support negotiations with customers on technical aspects. Functie-eisen Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in technical field from an accredited college or university, 0-4 years of industry experience in roles like Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Application Engineer, Project Manager, fluent spoken and written English, traveling with short notice. Plus: Specific O&, G market knowledge and experience Good knowledge of rotating machineries, particularly of Gas Turbines GB/BB certified A fixed-term contract of one year is offered to replace maternity leave (temporary agency worker).
