The Role:
As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will play a key leadership role in delivering innovative and sustainable electrical designs across a variety of sectors. You will oversee projects from concept through to completion, mentoring junior engineers while liaising directly with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the electrical engineering aspects of building services projects.
- Develop conceptual and detailed designs using advanced tools such as Revit and CAD.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other disciplines, including mechanical and structural teams, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure projects meet their requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and drawings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and sustainability practices.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a passion for engineering excellence and a proven track record in building services design and leadership.
Key Skills and Experience:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Chartered status or working towards it (CEng preferred).
- Extensive experience in building services design across sectors such as commercial, residential, or healthcare.
- Proficiency with design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and industry-standard electrical design tools.
- Strong knowledge of UK regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on sustainability.
