Conveyancing Paralegal

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with national housebuilders on multiple developments and assist senior solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting senior solicitors in handling residential plot sales across various developments


• Managing administrative tasks related to property transactions and liaising with clients

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualifications: This role is suitable for a Paralegal or Law Graduate


• Experience: While previous experience in plot sales and residential conveyancing would be an advantage, it is not essential as full training will be provided


• Skills: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
