CUSTOMER APPLICATION ENGINEER

Functieomschrijving Randstad Italia is currently recruiting a CSA Customer Application Engineer for a client operating in the oil & gas industry based in Florence . The Customer Application Engineer is a key role in the Commercial Service organization, responsible for defining, preparing, and managing the technical portion of the Long-Term Service Agreement proposals. The job holder will work closely with the regional commercial team as a key partner in strategy development to create the most competitive and winning proposal. Responsabilità Responsibilities: Analyze technical specifications from customers; Define and prepare the service Scope of Work; Ensure accurate cost control and manage technical risks; Estimate OPEX costs for existing and new technologies; Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to optimize proposals; Support negotiations with customers on technical aspects. Functie-eisen Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university; 0-4 years of industry experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Application Engineer, or Project Manager; Fluent spoken and written English; Willingness to travel on short notice. Plus: Specific O&G market knowledge and experience; Good knowledge of rotating machinery, particularly Gas Turbines; GB/BB certified.
