These guys are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor with at least one year under their belt who’s aiming to smash their APC next year. You’ll join a team of 8 in Manchester covering the northern region, with big plans to grow by 50% over the next two years.

Here’s what you’ll actually do:

• Traditional building surveying (the stuff you studied for).
• Pre-acquisition surveys on cool projects like offices and hotels.
• Dilapidations work (landlord and tenant focus).
• Private education work—no public sector red tape.
