PURPOSE To implement Group digital strategies through digital properties and social media in order to reach digital marketing and communication objectives, promoting Group products and brands online. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Liaises with the digital team in order to develop, implement, improve and measure digital campaigns for all the Group business lines in all countries Liaises with Line of Business Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and products USPs. Liaises with external agencies to implement the process of planning, creation, approval, publishing, monitoring and reporting of contents for all digital properties like websites, apps, social media. Sets up and optimizes brands and products on every digital property and social platform Continuously improves Group digital presence by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, best practices and innovations In collaboration with external agencies, moderates all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community Analyses regularly the assigned digital KPIs creating detailed reports and implements improvement and optimization solutions Guarantees digital campaigns are in line with assigned targets Assists the line manager in the digital Marketing planning Relates regularly with local and international external agencies and partners and coordinates their activity Implements and monitors the assigned budget for digital campaigns Participates actively in the Group digitalization process Spreads enthusiasm in the Group on digital topics REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION You have a Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Humanities or related fields. You have experience in a digital marketing agency or in a company with a similar role You have fluent written and spoken English You are keen on data analysis and reporting You are an independent user of Excel and PowerPoint It's great if you also have knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Google Analytics You have a strong enthusiasm for new technologies and digital trends WHAT WE OFFER The chance to work in an international Group and a concrete opportunity for professional growth A dynamic environment based on teamwork Sofidel Language Learning Programme through innovative digital platform for you and one additional user, such as family member or friend.
