Job Purpose Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, including monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management. Oversee junior team members, including managing workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities. Build professional relationships and adopt a proactive approach to problem solving. Support business development for the firm, identifying new service lines for your portfolio. Assist with the pitch and tender process for new work, preparing associated documents. Work closely with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met. Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function. A team player who is eager to support the wider team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
