Avionics System Integration Engineer: Are you a successful graduate in STEM subjects (Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics or related), fluent in English, and want to challenge yourself with an engaging, experimental, and high-profile technical project in the area of infrared on-board systems of the latest generation of jet fighters? TXT Group is looking for a System Engineer to implement the Aerospace & Aviation business unit team. Main responsibilities: Design, Modeling and Development activities of Software algorithms for Infrared Imaging systems; Defining possible and plausible Operational Scenarios for sixth generation aircraft and sensors; Development and tuning activities of Control Software for Avionic Airborne Anticollision Systems and Imaging of Surrounding Space; Modeling and Simulation of a complex IRST (Infrared Search and Track) electro-optical acquisition system (Model-Based Design) with Digital Twin definition. Knowledge is required of: Basic principles of electronics and communications theory and signal processing algorithms; Model Base oriented and Code generator computer simulation and modeling tools (such as Matlab, Simulink, Rhapsody, CAMEO, MagicGrid); C/C++ and/or Python Language and major development tools (Eclipse, Git); Windows and Linux Operating Systems; Experience or academic knowledge in code optimization and GPU usage; Multi-body mechanics and principles of inverse and direct kinematics; Principles of Automatic Controls and constrained optimization theory and robotics. Additional skills: Experience using Linux in embedded real-time environment, main areas of interest: kernel, applications, gdb, shell scripting; Knowledge of NI development environments (LabWindowsCVI, LabView); Experience in preparing development and technical documentation; Knowledge of the features of a Real Time system; Knowledge of DO178C, DO331 and DO254 standards.
