Job Description

Based in South Oxfordshire, DB Charles Recruitment are working with a brilliant business seeking to hire a new permanent Bid Writer. Day to day duties for the role include: Bid writing full proposals Writing & replying to PQQ's, SQ's & ITT's Bid submissions Collating bid data and supporting information Aiding in searching and reviewing opportunities on bid portals Updating & maintaining the bid library Involved in elements of marketing & social media Deadline management Liaising with other internal teams Ideally the client is looking for CV's and to interview candidates with the following skill sets: Previous experience within bid management / bid writing Previous experience working within public sector would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of the IT & medical industries again would be helpful Previous educational focus at degree level in subjects such as English / Journalism / Marketing would be great Copy writing experience Highly organised Creative Excellent communications skills Strong ability to cope with varying workloads and deadlines Ability to commit to a permanent role that offers hybrid working but will require office visits to the site based in South Oxfordshire The role will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with hybrid work available. The business are ideally seeking to pay a salary dependent on experience of anywhere between £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.
