We Grind, We Grow, We Enjoy, We Play -Team oriented approach to build homes -Implementing highest standards and cutting-edge technologies to manage & build our project -We stand up for what we are believing -Security, growth, abundance -Culture & Perks -Great Team Site Engineer/Foreman Responsibilities: -This position both supervision and hand on -Manage daily project -Schedule jobs -Ordering material -Manage inventory Requirement for the Site Engineer/Foreman -Min 7 years of readying layout & elevation blue print -Min 7 years of performing grading, earth moving, install storm drainage, sewer & utilities, comfortable in using Transite & laser to set up elevation and layout pipes -Minimum of 7 years demolishing structures using heavy equipment’s -Minimum of 7 years Site clearing -Minimum of 7 years in residential & commercial construction - Operate machines is plus -CDL is a plus -Willing to work weekend (MUST) -Willing to do labor work -Team Player -Excellent customer service -Ability to work independently with minor supervision -OSHA Certified -Excellent sense of safety - Preferably Speak English and Spanish Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary and a lot of potential growth Discretionary Job and Yearly Bonuses ( depend on performance and amounts of house build every year) Laptop Vehicle Allowance (Only for pick up truck) Cell Phone Paid Vacation, Holiday, and Personal Days Health insurance allowance ( after 6 month of working) ALL APPLICANT WILL BE SUBJECT TO DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK & ARCHITECTURE PLAN TEST
