Maintenance Team Leader

A Staffordshire based food manufacturing company are looking to recruit a multi skilled (electrically biased) Maintenance Team Leader for their production facility in Lichfield. As a multi skilled Maintenance Team Leader you will be part of a shift of 3 engineers to manage and support the team as well as providing engineering support to the production area for reactive and proactive maintenance of plant, equipment, and any auxiliary systems. The site is part of a group of sites/businesses across the UK / Europe and due to a recent change in the senior enigneering team, lots of positive change is occurring and developing a fully embraced culture where everyone’s opinion counts and will be listened to. Training and development will be provided where necessary.
