Senior Principal Designer

The Principal Designer Role As the Principal Designer, you will take responsibility for managing and providing guidance on design safety risks across a varied project portfolio. Acting as Principal Designer and/or CDM Advisor, you will ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and promote best practices throughout the design and construction phases. The Principal Designer Will Have NEBOSH Construction Certificate (required) Tech IOSH (preferred) Membership with APS (preferred) At least 3 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
