A dynamic 16 college in Gosport is seeking a Progress and Support Tutor to join their Student Services Team on a temporary cover basis . �? The Role This non-teaching role is perfect for someone with a commitment to helping students succeed academically and personally. Teaching experience is a bonus, as delivering PSHE tutorial sessions is part of the role. Key responsibilities include: PSHE Delivery : Facilitate engaging and informative tutorial activities for small groups. Student Progress : Monitor and support attendance for approximately 200 learners aged 16-19. Behavioural Support : Develop and implement programmes to enhance engagement and academic success. ??
