Company: TUI Airways Limited Job Title: Aircraft Fitter (Days) Skilled and Experienced Aircraft Mechanic's required for Luton Airport Rate: £36.00 ph – Umbrella Hours 50hrs pw Start: ASAP Duration: Until May/June 2025 Duties: - Performing heavy base maintenance/'C' checks on aircraft Ideal candidate will have 10 years experience on Boeing Fleet along with the following: Experience in carrying out major Hangar Work Able to work unsupervised Good Hand Skills C Checks Landing Gear removal and refit Changing Brakes Fault Finding & Rectification work on systems hydraulics and pneumatics/air con APU Because this role is based airside, if selected, the candidate would have to undergo a Full Airside Pass. This entails having to reference the individual for the last 5 years of employment/education. A Criminal Record Check (CRC) would also have to be obtained from any country resided/worked in for 6 months or more within the last 5 years.
