Job Opportunity: Apprenticeship Coach – Butchery, Fishmongery, or Bakery Are you an experienced Butcher, Fishmonger, or Baker? Join a leading training provider and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of apprenticeships in the food industry. About the Role: As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will guide learners through their apprenticeship journey, combining on-the-job visits and remote mentoring. Key Details: Position: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Location: 60% workplace visits across the South West. 40% remote delivery via an e-portfolio system and Microsoft Teams. Training: Full training provided, with the opportunity to gain your CAVA qualification. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in butchery, fishmonger, or bakery, preferably in a supermarket fresh food counter environment. Passion for education and mentoring.
