SEND Teacher SEND Teacher Start date: ASAP Subject: Preparing for Adulthood themes of Employability and Independent Living Timetable: Full Time We are working in partnership with an Ofsted ‘Good’ college located in Leicestershire. They are seeking an enthusiastic and SEND Teacher to start as soon as possible. This is a full-time and long-term position. To be successful you will be a qualified Teacher with recent experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4 and have experience teaching Preparing for Adulthood and themes of Employability and Independent Living. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons on Employability and Independent Living that meet the needs of all students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Develop and adapt curriculum materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field. Experience teaching themes related to Employability and Independent Living. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
