A position has opened up for a Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will support the class teacher with the development and education of pupils in Year 1 through 1:1 interventions, small group activities and general classroom support. There are mild Special Educational Needs within this setting, so any professional or personal experience with SEN would be advantageous for this role. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Who is the school looking for?
