This special needs school focus on working in smaller classrooms to give a more personalised approach to teaching and ensure each learner can reach their full potential. Responsibilities: Know that every learner is unique and how autism can impact their learning / access to it Have an ability to adapt your support style to meet a range of learners needs operating and across a variety of ages Actively consider using a range of appropriate, motivating, age respectfulness resources Support learners across Key Stage 1 - Key Stage 2 Understand and apply learners preferred learning styles, motivators and engagement tools to effectively support learningIf this sounds like the perfect role as a SEN Teacher Assistant, please don't hesitate to get in touch This special needs school is located only a 10 minute walk away from the nearest station, making for an easy journey to and from work.
