Teacher of Maths Daily Rate: £180 - £220 Location: Bristol Job Type: Full-time, Temporary asap start We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Maths for a full-time, temporary position at a sixth form college in Bristol. This role involves teaching A-Level and GCSE Maths. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and effective lessons to A-Level and GCSE students. Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials that meet curriculum goals. Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment. Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate work. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or equivalent teaching qualification. Proven experience in teaching Maths at A-Level and GCSE levels. Strong understanding of the current curriculum and assessment standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate students and manage differing ability levels.
