Summary: Provide technical documentation in accordance with EU directives in addition to the design documentation intended for the customer or Group Service Team. The Role: Write and issue technical instructions for the installation, electrical connections, commissioning, use and maintenance of the supplied assembly in accordance with EU directives. Manage the updating of the standard files used to create the manual for modularized assemblies within the defined product range. Maintain, organize, improve and update the existing technical documentation. Issue lists of consumable and critical spare parts. Interact with the company’s stakeholders to collect and verify the necessary technical information to be included in the technical instructions: Engineering, Production and Quality teams. Use dedicated software to manage the images to be included in these documents. Manage the translation process of the manuals using external translation services. Requirements: Technical college diploma or engineering bachelor’s degree Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, especially Word Previous professional experience in a similar role (max 1-2 years) Familiarity with CAD design. SolidWorks 3D software Attention to quality and detail Ability to clearly summarize complex procedures for the intended user Office Location: Nova Milanese (MB) Candidates not in line with the requirements will not be considered.
