Position Overview: As a Project/Program Manager Intern, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects and programs within the organization. You will work closely with experienced project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met on time and within scope. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in project management and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in Project Planning: Support the development of project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Help create and maintain project documentation and track project milestones. Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination across different departments. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes. Monitor Project Progress: Track project progress against milestones and deadlines. Identify and escalate any issues or risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables. Support Project Execution: Assist in the execution of project tasks and deliverables. Ensure that project activities are completed as planned and within scope. Contribute to Reporting: Help prepare regular project status reports and presentations for stakeholders. Analyze project data and provide insights to support decision-making. Learn and Apply Project Management Best Practices: Gain hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies.
