WHAT YOU WILL DO: Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and engaging in general conversations around a solution/product area. Inside selling/Upselling by utilizing various sources to gain information on customers and maximizing call potential and outcomes. Manage customers' requests through our ticketing tool (in English). WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 1-2 years of experience in a sales role. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills . Prior experience in Inside Sales or in the IT industry . Previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM - ideally. Advanced Italian; Intermediate English. WHAT WE OFFER: Hybrid work: (2 days at the office, 3 days at home).
