Sub Agent

My client, a Tier One Main Contractor are seeking an experienced and driven Sub Agent to join their existing team on a prestigious £100M infrastructure project in York. This ambitious project involves the development of essential infrastructure that will leave a lasting impact on the region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and delivering key aspects of the project while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Project Features include the construction of a new road bridge and footbridge over the East Coast Main Line, delivery of 2km of single carriageway road with segregated cycle and pedestrian paths, development of a rail spur to the National Railway Museum, earthworks and site-wide utility works. Responsibilities: The delivery of Health. Safety and Environmental presentations. Examples Include project Inductions, tool box talks, and team briefings. Provides Input on the content of presentations. Manage, supervise and mentor, graduate, site and section engineers to ensure high levels of engineering control and project records Implementation of company quality control process including the preparation and/or review of Inspection & Test Plans. Can readily display advanced knowledge of key packages such as concrete, drainage, steelwork and brickwork. Preparation and monitoring of 4 weekly construction programmes or, where appropriate, provides Information to the project planner to allow programmes lo be updated.
