The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to be flexible to work across year groups. The successful individual will be responsible for supporting pupils with their academic learning. In a recent Ofsted inspection in 2023, the school was graded ‘good’ with outstanding features. Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher where required. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.
