We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager at Buckinghamshire New University - Wycombe. Location: Buckinghamshire New University Rate of pay: £50,000 per annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Key responsibilities Set clear expectations to all staff regarding food and service standards to ensure that all services provided are of the highest standards Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business Be the first point of reference for all client comments and concerns and take any necessary action Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget. If necessary, where budget is not being achieved, identify and implement a strategy, in a timelymanner, to overcome the shortfall. What's in it for you?
