Specialist SEN Mentor - Windsor Immediate Start - Full Time Autism Specialism & Complex Needs We are currently partnering with a specialist school in Windsor that provides therapy-focused support for children aged 5 to 18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The school is looking for a compassionate and motivated SEN Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an SEN Specialist, you'll work closely with children who have Autism, behavioural challenges, sensory processing needs, and communication difficulties. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with therapists and external professionals. Provide targeted support to students with complex needs. Facilitate personalised learning to help students achieve academic and personal development goals. Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children or in Mental Health. Stay calm, adaptable, and proactive in challenging situations.This role is also a great fit for graduates looking to gain experience in the education sector or those with a keen interest in Psychology or SEN. While prior experience is welcome, it's not essential-qualifications such as a Degree, Level 3 certification, or relevant experience are advantageous.
