Graduate Teaching Assistant Wanted for Year 3 in Kensington & Chelsea Are you a high-achieving graduate looking to make a meaningful impact in primary education? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join an excellent primary school in Kensington & Chelsea, working specifically with a child in Year 3 who has special educational needs. Salary: Competitive daily rate of £95. Full-time position until the end of the academic year, with opportunities for progression. You will work directly with a child with SEN, providing one-on-one support and helping with their educational and behavioural needs. The Graduate Teaching Assistant Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Year 3, you’ll be providing essential support to a child with SEN, focusing on their educational development and behaviour management. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the child’s learning in core subjects. Managing and guiding behaviour in and outside the classroom. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies that best support the child’s needs. Creating a positive and engaging learning environment to help the student thrive. Candidate Requirements: Graduate with strong academic qualifications. Previous experience working with children with SEN or behavioural needs would be an advantage, but not essential. Strong communication and behaviour management skills. Passionate about working in education and making a difference in the lives of children.
