Teaching Assistant About the role: KS2 TA: We are looking for a passionate Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Harrow, starting in January 2025. This part-time role will involve providing targeted interventions and booster sessions to help students reach their full potential, with a focus on SEN support. Application Requirements: • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in Key Stage 2 .• Passion for supporting students with additional learning needs .• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with booster sessions or interventions is a plus. • Patient, proactive approach to student support. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver 1:1 and group interventions for Key Stage 2 students. • Support teachers with tailored lesson plans for children with SEN.• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers .• Encourage positive behaviour and foster a supportive classroom environment .• Assist in students’ social and emotional development.
