Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach. Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant - Job Specification Long-term, full-time role Work closely with SEN Coordinators and teachers to support students with SEN, such as autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties. Provide tailored 1:1 interventions and facilitate small group support sessions . Assist in developing and adapting learning materials to meet the unique needs of each learner. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive. Help students build confidence, improve social skills, and overcome academic challenges.
