The project involves the use of Immersive Virtual Reality (IVR) as a therapeutic tool for individuals with difficulties in the social sphere, focusing on managing stressful social contexts. The approach leverages the ability to simulate complex and unpredictable situations in a controlled environment, allowing the experience to be customized based on the user's personal history and physiological parameters. The intervention is based on exposure therapy, where the patient can gradually confront social situations that would otherwise be challenging to manage in real life.
