Location: Top Secondary School, Camden, London Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) Start Date: January 2025 The Role As an Oxbridge Graduate Academic Mentor, you will: Provide tailored academic support to GCSE and A-Level students in preparation for their exams. Work closely with students aspiring to attend top universities, including Oxbridge and Russell Group institutions. Assist with lesson planning, lead small group sessions, and provide one-on-one mentoring to address individual learning needs. Play a pastoral role, supporting students' well-being and confidence. Contribute to extracurricular activities, including clubs and academic competitions. About You We are looking for exceptional graduates who: Have a degree (minimum 2:1) from Oxbridge or a Russell Group university, ideally in subjects such as English, Maths, Science, or Humanities. Are passionate about education and inspiring young minds. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach.
