Junior Tenancy & Compliance Manager Location : Chelsea Salary : £25,500 Working Hours : Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm Saturdays on rotation from home This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service focused individual to join a vibrant and established lettings office in Prime Central London. Full training will be provided, any property experience is a bonus but not a necessity. Your role will be to oversee a dedicated portfolio of non-managed tenancies providing exceptional customer service to both Landlord and Tenant. You will be responsible for all aspects of non-managed tenancies for their entire duration and to ensure the tenancy runs smoothly and in line with the contract. Daily Duties From ensuring all the tenancy documentation is accurate and compliant from the offset, arranging pre-tenancy and end of tenancy works to offering help and advice as required. You will have a range of administration tasks in this role alongside ad-hoc requests as they arise. Arrange and book pre and end of tenancy works Checking deal files are accurate and correctly uploaded Ensuring all necessary paperwork is sent to the tenant and landlord Responding to any general tenancy issues Providing support to the Lettings and Property Management teams Responding to queries as they arise and within 24 hours Deposits releases and assisting with queries related to deposit releases between Landlords and Tenants) Qualifications & Experience Ideal for a recent graduate with some strong customer service and some administration experience.
