Strategy Executive

Job Title: Strategy Executive Salary: £25k Location: London/Remote About Goat: Join Goat, the global leader in social-first advertising driven by influencers. We are looking for a new Junior Strategist to join our Creative & Strategy team to help us in coming up with the best creative ideas and social strategies for some of the biggest brands in the world. This role will suit candidates who are innovative thinkers, have strong writing skills, the ability to visualise and communicate ideas and natives in the world of social media & influencers. Your responsibilities will include: Developing influencer & social media strategies for a wide range of clients and needs Brainstorming creative ideas for influencer & social media campaign activations Writing pitch-winning presentations, both collaboratively and independently Researching and applying insights, data and statistics to support creative & strategy Attending and contributing to internal strategy briefing meetings and brainstorms Attending client meetings and pitches when required (with experience) Reviewing presentations/proposals in detail to catch grammatical and design errors Keeping your finger on the pulse of the world of social media, staying up to date with social media trends, influencers, platform updates and wider creative advertising Required skills and experience to apply: Strong written, communication and note-taking skills Generally tech-savvy, working remotely (on Mac OS) Native user of various Social Media Platforms with a strong understanding of each An eye for design or design experience very useful Relevant degree or work experience Any previous experience working in a client-facing role is advantageous Any specific interests relevant to our work, for example including: gaming, sport, fashion, tech, travel, food & drink, sustainability etc. Powerpoint / Google Slides (essential) Adobe Photoshop (useful) Excel / Google Sheets (useful) Culture and Benefits: Regular social events and ongoing clubs £200 grant to make your working from home set up comfortable once you’ve passed probation Provided MacBook laptop to work from Flexi-hours Remote/Hybrid Working Health and wellbeing allowance once you’ve passed probation Health Insurance after you’ve passed probation Life Insurance Policy 25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays, accruing up to 30 days based on length of service Birthday & Work Anniversary Days Off Length of Service Gifts In-Office Benefits such as beauty treatments & yoga Flexible Bank Holidays Volunteering Days Free Flu Jabs Plus many more
