About the Role Our Digital Marketing Manager role is essential in shaping and scaling our digital marketing efforts at NScale. You will drive initiatives across content strategy, social media, SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and lead generation to support our growth and brand awareness objectives. Your work will be foundational in establishing best practices for content creation, brand management, and digital engagement, ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audiences. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll oversee NScale’s presence on key platforms, including X, Reddit, and LinkedIn, and produce engaging content across our website, blog, and email channels. This role demands a strategic and creative thinker who can manage a variety of marketing activities - from campaign ideation to performance analysis and PR coordination. Working closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and external agencies, you’ll enhance the customer journey and deliver a blue-chip brand experience that sets NScale apart in the AI and high-tech industry. You'll build awareness of NScale, our proposition, areas of expertise, and unique attributes You'll produce engaging content for our website, blog and email newsletter that demonstrates our expertise and converts our target audiences You'll analyse/understand customer/ICP behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly You'll deploy successful marketing campaigns collaborating with SMEs on ideation and themes You'll ensure consistent brand management and corporate identity, managing and collating a central repository of marketing You'll manage lead generation efforts via martech You'll coordinate social media outreach, PR efforts, and content marketing You'll manage award entries and speaking pitches to conferences You'll monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts About You Must-Have Skills, Experience & Qualifications You have 5 years in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, CRO, or related fields, with a demonstrated history of building scalable digital marketing prog You have the ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights that drive marketing strategy You have experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Apollo & Hubspot You are capable of both setting high-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves to implement initiatives You have a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously You have proven success in scaling engaging content and social media initiatives You have experience in managing external vendors and agency partnerships You're a strong communicator capable of justifying decisions, proposing new ideas, and challenging the status quo Nice to Have: You have experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing within high-tech or AI industries You have managed award entries and undertaken speaking pitches to conferences Please Note: We're currently working remotely , but plan to transition to a hybrid working model in 2025 as we look to secure a modern office space in London.
