Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will join Superstruct UK’s brand partnerships team, focusing on managing and delivering best-in-class campaigns for our partners across each festival’s digital marketing channels including social media, newsletters, and more. The role requires a process-driven individual who excels at managing day-to-day client approvals while bringing a passion for developing and delivering impactful creative campaigns. The ideal candidate has a hands-on background in delivering brand partnership content within an agency or rights-holder context. They understand the music festival landscape, can speak articulately on it, and understand how brands can successfully integrate into the space. You are a confident and organised campaign manager and marketing calendar owner, who excels in planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns. You have excellent attention to detail and a flair for language, easily adapting brand language and tone of voice to align with the identity of each of our music festivals. You can develop a clear process for managing brand content supplied by our partners from submission to approval to delivery in collaboration with the festival’s marketing teams. You are passionate about creating stand-out, engaging brand content that appeals to fans whilst meeting each partner’s objectives. Long-term you want to take a more active role in the development, pitching, and production of branded content alongside the Creative & Strategy Lead at Superstruct UK. Your skills and experience Essential: Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management, development and execution Experience developing content plans and paid media campaigns across social media A strong knowledge of the digital media landscape and what success looks like from both a brand and festival perspective Previous experience in a client-facing role responsible for delivering or managing content and creative assets Desirable: Existing relationships with media agencies and content creators An understanding of the out-of-home and outdoor advertising landscape Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software Previous experience pitching to potential partners/clients in an agency or right-holder context Salary: Competitive Application closing date: Wednesday 15th January Office: Holborn, London Hybrid: 4 days per week in the office, 1 working from home Onsite work required, evenings and weekends during peak season when working on site.
