Job Title : Executive Assistant Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum plus generous benefits Job Type: Full time, 35 Hours per week Accountable to: HR Manager Location Hybrid (staff are required to attend the central London office at least once a week, or more depending on business demands) Line Management Executive Assistant This post will have no formal budgetary responsibilities. About us: Registry Trust (not for profit organisation) maintains the official statutory Register of Judgments, Orders, and Fines for England & Wales on behalf of the Ministry of Justice. Registry Trust provides judgment data, which underpins the UK credit industry and offers insight into the state of the UK economy. Client data on monetary judgments (including CCJs) supports millions of lending and credit decisions in the UK & Ireland every year, helping to keep the economy moving and identify economic trends. Our data assists in creating usable credit metrics through the absence of a judgment record and is vital for credit agencies, debt charities and insolvency companies to have access to, in order to ensure that they are making the right decisions. We operate TrustOnline; the only service that provides immediate public access to the Register, allowing anyone to search for individuals or businesses to see if they have a registered judgment. Who we are looking for: Registry Trust is currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer, and to provide wider support to the Director and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and can quickly assess situations to find the most efficient solutions. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in creating systems and processes that enhance effectiveness for both themselves and those they support. Strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a willingness to learn are essential. This position offers significant opportunities for growth and development, allowing the right candidate to shape the role according to their strengths. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the CEO, Director, and SLT in advancing strategic goals, managing sensitive documents, and preparing presentations Coordinating with staff to manage the SLT and organisational long-term calendars Scheduling meetings, distributing necessary materials, and ensuring technology is set up for seamless, efficient meetings Taking minutes at Board and Committee meetings Assisting with the planning and delivery of all-staff events Managing and prioritising the CEO’s schedule to ensure smooth decision-making and preparation for meetings with senior stakeholders Reviewing papers, tracking action items, and coordinating outputs for meetings Serving as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communications, handling confidential information, and resolving key issues Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving across the organisation If you’re confident that your skills and experience align with this opportunity, we’d love to hear from you Reward and Benefits : Healthy work/life balance – 35 hour work week, (one day in office per week, or more depending on business demands) Private Medical Insurance Life Assurance (x4 salary) Pension – 10% employer contribution Employee Benefits Platform Annual provision of health checks, flu jabs, eye test and provisions for glasses Bonus scheme linked to performance Length of service awards 23 days annual leave (increasing to 29 with length of service) Quarterly staff award scheme (1 day additional annual leave for the year and an annual prize) One paid day off for volunteering Social and team building events There is a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
