Graduate Quantity Surveyor Candidates who have at least one year of practical experience with a main contractor on refurbishment projects in London & the South East will be preferred for this role. To undertake Quantity Surveying duties to support your Manager to maintain established profit margins and improve wherever possible Mulalley & Company’s profits and ensure that all team members act in accordance with Company policy at all times in respect of all financial dealing on behalf of the Company. Key Responsibilities of a Mulalley & Co. Graduate QS • Carry out Quantity Surveying functions to support the management of measurement, valuations, applications for payment and the final account with the client and their representatives. • Preparation and/or checking of sub-contractor measurements in relation to applications for payment, preparation of contra charges and agreement of final accounts. • Undertake sub-contract procurement duties as directed by your Manager Knowledge & Skills needed for this role • Are able to communicate effectively with the team and with the supply chain. • Are able to demonstrate an understanding of the construction process • Are able to demonstrate the ability to be able to work in an analytical way with attention to detail. • Degree qualified in a relevent subject to the role Benefits Competitive salary Ongoing training and development vehicle or travel allowance private healthcare pension cycle to work scheme Closing date for this application is 10th January 2025
