A Social Media and Community Manager to join the French Marketing team and work jointly with our Influence Manager. The ideal candidate should have an overall knowledge about social media, community management, marketing strategies and communication. He/she is passionate about tech and telecom industry, and keen to understand and contribute to the brand development. Also contributing to the development of Xiaomi fan base through various innovative and disruptive activities. Most importantly, the candidate needs to be eager to learn and have a team spirit. French speaking working environment. Scope of work Build social media strategy in line with business objectives. Work together with our Influence Manager and closely with key stakeholders to support marketing campaign launches as well as any promotional activity (supplying support plans/schedules for social activity); Follow Xiaomi's voice & tone, manage and develop our social accounts that accurately represents our brand image and personality; Create and manage existing/new social media accounts as well as Xiaomi Community, ensure a high-level customer engagement, deliver Xiaomi’s philosophy and make friends with our fans; Develop innovative ideas for content, initiatives and campaigns to push the brand ahead of competition as well as continuously optimizing campaign and channel activity on social media and our fans’ community; Responsible for adhering to the content plan and posting on different social media platforms while also conducting weekly and monthly content tracking.; Responsible of handling moderation with different users on social media, responding and engaging in conversations with various users to contribute credibility and trust; Responsible for daily tasks such as sending products to users, Xiaomi fans, and partners. Additionally, must be attentive to text revisions and adaptations; Assist in different creative content production (still visuals and videos), data collection and analysis. Qualification Master’s degree or equivalent in a creative or communication related field; 1 year proven experience in social media, with hands-on management of social media accounts; Experienced with social media analytics and optimization techniques, having directly managed end-to-end execution of social media campaigns; Experienced on managing a fans/user’s community; Creative writing skills; Go-getter and sense of ownership over final deliverables; Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items; Ability to work across multi-cultural teams and handle tight deadlines; Enthusiastic, curious, creative, proactive, ambitious, unafraid to take initiatives and knowledgeable about the technology industry in general; Mastery of the Adobe suite is a plus; Native French speaking and fluent in English.
