Internship – Technology & Market Analyst - Semiconductor Engineering

YoleGroup is a consulting firm specializing in the strategic analysis of markets, the supply chain, and technological developments related to the semiconductor industry and adjacent industries. JOB DESCRIPTION & MAIN TASKS Our company proposes two 6 months internships for Market & Technology Analyst, focused on: computing/edge IA manufacturing equipment & processes This internship is open to science (nanotech / microelectronics) & engineering students or to double degree students engineering & business . Joining Yole Group means being part of a company with more than 25 years of close relationships with all the players of the semiconductor industry. It is also the opportunity to work closely with the latest semiconductor technologies and innovations and participate in predicting their evolution in a near future. As a Market & Technology Trainee Analyst your tasks will be to : · Oversee technology & industry insights concerning devices, components, systems and manufacturing processes for diverse end-applications in the semiconductor ecosystem · Participate in worldwide market and supply chain analysis regarding your domain, together with our analysts' teams · Identify the different technology trends of markets and figure out their technical features · Collect information to feed Yole Group’s internal databases by updating the existing information and completing with latest innovations. · Process & analyze the data gathered in order to highlight the future technical trends and make recommendations with the support of your mentor. Domains & topics in which we have opened positions : Edge AI processor, Computing & Logic, Power electronics, Manufacturing equipments, Manufacturing equipments PROFILE · A Master's student in Microelectronics, Nanoelectronics or a related subject (engineering school or universities) or a double degree engineering / business · Strong interest in the semiconductor industry and its supply chain · Autonomous, rigorous with good analytical and synthetical skills · Proactive and able to provide critical analysis · Excellent English speaking/writing is mandatory (minimum CECR - C1). Proficiency in French is a plus
