Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team in delivering initiatives to build awareness of new services the firm can offer in markets they are well known in and help position the firm for further growth in the new markets identified as targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a background in legal marketing. This role will involve direct support to the Head of Marketing in shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the firm’s services and brand, in alignment with the overall firm strategy and in line with budgets. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Ensure brand consistency marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Manage the firm’s online presence, including website updates, SEO optimisation, and social media engagement. Coordinate and promote events, seminars, and webinars to enhance client relationships and attract new business. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and inform the Head of Marketing. Take an active role of delivery of firmwide Marketing projects. Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement. Manage the marketing budget and track expenditures. Work closely with the Business Development team to facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on the legal industry preferred. Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns. Strong management and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring/developing teams. Digital Marketing experience. Excellent analytical skills, particularly in tracking and reporting on KPIs. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
