Job Description
Junior - Midweight Artworker Salary: £30,000 per annum, DOE Job Conditions: Hybrid 3 days per week based in Buckinghamshire. Overview: My client is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Artworker to join their growing team. You will take pride in refining, reviewing, and preparing design files for final production, ensuring their readiness for both print and digital platforms. With a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of how print and pixel work harmoniously, you’ll be confident in delivering high-quality artwork that aligns with client brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Review, amend, retouch, and rework designs and artwork files created by designers, ensuring they meet specifications for various media. Conduct pre-flight checks and maintain alignment with brand guidelines to guarantee consistency and quality. Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and the Traffic Manager to streamline production processes. Offer advice on cost-effective and efficient production techniques for both print and digital applications. Prepare creative files for final delivery, ensuring technical accuracy across formats such as print, digital, social media, and PowerPoint presentations. Requirements: The ideal candidate will: Have at least 18 months of experience as a Creative Artworker, preferably in a fast-paced creative or integrated marketing agency. Freelance and in-house studio experience will also be considered. Possess a strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, social media, and presentation design. Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint. Exhibit an understanding of print and digital production processes and artwork formats. Show initiative and creativity by challenging briefs and assumptions to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results.
