About the job Job Title: Senior Client Advisor Location: Bicester Village Employment Type: Full time Reports To: Boutique Manager As a Senior Client Advisor, you play a pivotal role in bringing this iconic brand to life. Your responsibility is to surpass client expectations, ultimately translating their needs into successful sales and fostering loyalty. You embody the true spirit of a brand ambassador, representing the company with authenticity and enthusiasm. You are an advocate for our products, values, and culture, contributing to the overall embodiment of the brand. Key Responsibilities: Uphold and promote the company’s standards of retail excellence by consistently delivering exceptional service. Actively strive to achieve key performance indicators, to improve store results and reach individual and store targets. Provide an engaging and unique client experience, surpassing client expectations at every opportunity, guided by the established Sales Ceremony. Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through the service you deliver, your positive attitude, personal grooming, and by displaying professionalism at all times. Be an expert in product information, including knowledge of the influence of the design, the construction and craftsmanship of the product, the materials utilised, and how to care for the product. Build and maintain quality relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty to the brand through personal interaction and active clienteling. Drive CRM in store, demonstrating an entrepreneurial approach and effectively utilising all tools available to you. Show dedication to fostering a positive, supportive, and rewarding team culture, effectively collaborating with all team members. Support with daily operations, inventory movements, and back-office activities, as well as ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the store. Always adhere to company policies and procedures and act with a sense of corporate responsibility, always representing the brand appropriately, including on social media. Demonstrate commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and be an advocate for environmental and social responsibility, supporting sustainable practices. Integrate the company values into your daily role, fostering a culture of diversity, autonomy, and creativity. Demonstrate exceptional product and brand knowledge. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs, with an established client base. Be a role model to Client Advisors, supporting in the onboarding and mentoring of new starters. Provide a unique and elevated experience for clients, focusing on long-term relationship building and mastering our storytelling. Skills & Attributes: Motivated and committed with a ‘can do’ attitude. Excellent attention to detail. Solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and clienteling tools. Exceptional communication (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills. Adherence to grooming guidelines, being smart with a sense of individual style. Adaptable and flexible.
