Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, PPC, social media, and data-driven campaigns to enhance customer engagement. Customer Experience: Drive improvements across B2C and B2B platforms, focusing on UX and mobile optimisation. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing eCommerce team.
