Medloop has raised over €8M from Kamet and the AXA Group. Internship Overview We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join Medloop as a Founder Associate. The role is designed to offer hands-on experience and exposure to various facets of the business, allowing you to build valuable skills and add meaningful projects to your resume. What You’ll Do This internship will be divided into three key areas: Exciting Projects (45% of your time) Business Development : Learn how to develop and execute outreach strategies, create marketing campaigns, and conduct market research. Sales Outreach : Support prospecting activities, build Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), and help craft concise, compelling sales pitches. Venture Ideation : Collaborate on ideas for expanding into new markets and developing tech-enabled healthcare products. Innovation & Strategy : Participate in brainstorming sessions to help identify new opportunities to drive Medloop’s growth and innovation. Operations & Business Development (45% of your time) Operations : Assist in managing and improving operational processes, maintaining company records, clinician management, and onboarding new clients. Client Relations : Support the management of ongoing relationships with partners and clinicians. Efficiency Improvement : Work on refining internal processes to drive operational efficiencies. IT & Technical Support (10% of your time) User Support : Provide technical support to employees, including responding to help desk tickets, resolving issues, and training on new software. Computer Systems : Assist in maintaining servers, desktop computers, and mobile devices, including applying patches, performing backups, and updating firmware. Computer Networks : Support the configuration of network hardware, monitor performance, and troubleshoot network issues.
