Reward Specialist (Compensation)

Reward Specialist (Compensation) Our client, an international US investment management business, is looking or an experienced Reward specialist to join their team, to manage the full cycle of compensation activity across several international locations. Working with the wider Compensation and HR teams, you will be involved in structuring new employee offers, evaluate candidate buy-outs, assist with structuring compensation for employee transfers and exits, as well as provide general advice and counsel on role pricing and compensation market trends. As well as supporting communications, reporting and analysis, the role will assist with the year-end compensation process for the firm, including the budget planning for future years and help with the review, development and enhancements of compensation processes and procedures. In addition, you will assist and regulate reporting requirements in jurisdictions where required and ensure pay regulations are adhered to. There will also be the need to support the Co-Heads of the Compensation Advisory Group with providing exceptional client service, promptly addressing all related queries and concerns, streamlining and improving their Compensation processes to ensure best practices in a fast-paced rapidly growing environment. While the role is global in nature, it is expected to have a focus on the firm’s non-U.S. locations. Of graduate calibre you will have at least four years compensation experience within a financial services or professional services business. Strong technical skills with a high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint will be expected, as well as an analytical mind and innovative approach to bring new ideas to the company’s processes. With the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands, you will demonstrate a good judgement in terms of escalating issues and solving problems independently. There will be a requirement to be in the office three days a week and due to our client’s flexibility in terms of experience levels required for the role, we are considering candidates within a wide range of salary levels.
