In this role you will be facing different challenges such as: Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients. Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills, and independent thinking. Strong partnership with key stakeholders, finding ways to collaborate together. Job responsibilities: Team oversight with local and matrix reporting lines. Full operational support to different LOBs regarding external payments. Creating your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with, partnering with them on a day-to-day basis to perform more efficiently. Speak Up Come up with ideas on how to fix process and technology gaps and follow them through to completion. Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved. Resolving escalations in a timely fashion and according to our service level agreement. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Graduate. Experience in managing teams. Advanced English. Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution. Relevant experience in related functions or businesses. Advanced Excel. Alteryx & UI Path knowledge is a plus.
