INVESTOR RELATIONS INTERN

The MAIRE S.p.A. group is seeking a passionate Investor Relations Intern who will support the team in the day-to-day activities, such as organizing meetings with investors, preparing key financial documents and reports, including benchmarking/sector analysis and consensus. Activities Support the organization of meetings with investors and financial events, such as earning calls, conferences and roadshows. Monitor news, analyst reports, and other market developments that may impact the company’s performance or investor perception. Support the team with research and analysis on industry trends, peers, and market conditions to help inform investor messaging and strategy. Assist in tracking and reporting on key financial metrics and stock performance of the company and its peers. Assist in preparing investor presentations, reports, and press releases. Maintain the investors’ meetings database, ensuring engagement records are updated, preparing summaries for senior management. Help manage the company’s investor relations website and ensure content is accurate and up to date. Requirements Degree in economics, finance, business administration or related fields. Strong interest in finance, business strategy and corporate communications. Proficiency in English. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Attention to details, analytical skills and proactive approach. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. J-18808-Ljbffr
