Company Description N0BS is a members club for entrepreneurs, designed to help them learn, grow and meet other amazing entrepreneurs. N0BS no bullsht, as we're about honesty and transparency and always doing things the right way. Role Description This is a full-time role position that can be done remotely, although we'd really love the person to be willing to travel into London to be on-site for our events and also work with the rest of the team on occasion. While we are growing, we're looking for an all-rounder who is super organised and likes taking responsibility. You are responsible for the team staying on top of content, creating marketing strategies, executing campaigns and monitoring performance. Experience We're looking for someone who has had experience in a fast-paced company, like a startup or an agency, rather than someone from a corporate background. This is because we want you to understand what it's like working with a small and agile team rather than a large team with drawn out processes. The ideal person is willing to learn, get stuck in and learn new things and be creative and innovative. Skills Here are the skills we're looking for in our candidates: Stays on top of trends Keen interest in entrepreneurship Understands who is influential in the industry Well proficient in all social media channels Competent at making various forms of content, including basic Reels/TikToks Decent written communication to reflect the brand well Driven and ambitious Culture We're a company who likes to give our team a lot of freedom and responsibility to work how they prefer.
