Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and mentor our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting, with a particular emphasis on hiring within the EMEA region. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure optimal team productivity. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of positions across different departments and levels, from entry-level to senior management. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, utilizing various channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.). Conduct thorough screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Extend offers, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. EMEA Hiring Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EMEA talent market, including cultural nuances, legal requirements, and best practices for international recruitment. Build and maintain a network of contacts and resources within the EMEA region. Manage and coordinate recruitment efforts across multiple EMEA countries. Strategic Initiatives: Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to develop and implement workforce planning strategies. Proactively identify talent needs and anticipate future hiring requirements. Contribute to the development and improvement of talent acquisition processes and tools. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3 years in a lead role. Proven experience in hiring within the EMEA region, with a strong understanding of international recruitment practices. Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
